🔄 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your AURAmini purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

📝 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

 * Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

 * Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging (cellophane wrapper intact).

   * Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed.

 * Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or receipt.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

 * Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at [auramini86@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.

 * Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.

 * Ship the Item: Package the item securely (in its original shipping box if possible) and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

💵 Refunds

 * Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

 * If the item is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5–10 business days.

 * Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item).

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will promptly resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
